Scholarships

School Endowment Program

Here at the CIO Scholarship Fund, we offer a wide range of scholarships to students pursing a career in the Management Information Systems and or the Information Technology disciplines by giving endowments to schools with these programs. These endowments allow schools to provide students who are passionate about their studies and in need of financial assistance with the appropriate financial support to complete th
eir academic careers. We currently help support a wide range of schools, some of which include San Jose State University, Ohlone College, Notre Dame de Namur University, Foothill De Anza College, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and San Francisco State University.

Recipients of the Scholarship Endowment Program

From: Anastasia Ingargiola, UC Berkeley

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for being
selected as the 2011-12 recipient of the CIO Award. It is truly an honor
to have been recognized by professionals so prestigiously placed in the IT
industry. I hope to express my earnest appreciation at being given this
opportunity to overcome my monetary disadvantages and develop as a
 professional and a leader.

Secondly, I also wish to thank you for giving me the chance to participate
in the golf tournament. As golf is generally an exclusive hobby, I might
have never had the opportunity to try it otherwise. I am glad to have been
introduced to all those at the event. As a student it was a rare pleasure
to meet executives such as yourself and an experience that will never lapse from memory. I would be delighted to participate in any such future events for the university.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

Anastasia Ingargiola
